1. Where are Alfandari products manufactured?
- All Alfandari Design products are wholly manufactured in
Israel
.
2. What are the products made of?
- Nearly every product is manufactured in Aluminum and Brass. A few products are manufactured in Aluminum only.
3. What finishes are available?
- Aluminum products are available in Antique or Natural Silver finishes
- Brass products are available in Antique or Natural Brass finish.
- The Antique finish carries a black patina that accentuates the details of the design.
4. Are customized products available?
- Yes. Please contact us or send us an e-mail and briefly describe your request. We will respond as soon as your message is received.
1. How long would it take to get the ordered products?
- Due to the manual nature of the production, we ship the product within 3-4 weeks of the time the order was placed.
2. How do you ship?
- We typically ship using USPS. Please see the Shipping section on our Customer Service Page for more information.
3. Is the information I provide you secure?
- All personal information, including payment information entered through this web site is handled through a secure server with SSL encryption.
4. What is your return policy?
- Considering the manual nature of Alfandari Design’s product manufacturing process, we offer unprecedented return policy. Within 14 days, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return the merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping costs). We do not charge any restocking fee or any other hidden fees.
- However - Customized items and an order of over 10 items of the same product cannot be returned.
5. How can I return merchandise?
- Just e-mail us first, specify, if you can, the reason for the return and get an RMA number. Then ship us the product in its original packaging, indicating the RMA number on the package, and you will get your refund with no delay.
