We would attempt to send you the items in the most economical way. Typically it is done through USPS. We send all items at cost (making no money from the shipping) and we don’t charge for packaging (because we are nice!). Since shipping cost are calculated by weight and distance, it generally works out cheaper, per unit, to buy more. This is not our way of encouraging spending; just the way the postal companies work... Following is the approximate charge for various package weights:

Return Policy
Considering the manual nature of Alfandari Design’s product manufacturing process, we offer unprecedented return policy. Within 14 days, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return the merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping costs). We do not charge any restocking fee or any other hidden fees. Just e-mail us first, specify, if you can, the reason for the return and get an RMA number. Then ship us the product in its original packaging, indicating the RMA number on the package, and you will get your refund with no delay.
There are two exceptions to the above policy:
- Customized items cannot be returned.
- Order of over 10 items of the same product, cannot be returned.
Privacy Policy
The information your provide us help us to provide you with a better service. For one, if you create an account with us you do not need to re-enter your personal information with each purchase from out web site. For another, you can track your order. If you join our mailing list you would enjoy announcement of any new product and the first to know of every sale we may offer. You may remove your name from our mailing list at any time.
